What Youll Do

• Welcome customers and create a comfortable, professional buying experience from the first conversation through vehicle delivery.
• Ask thoughtful questions, listen carefully, and help each customer select the vehicle that best fits their needs.
• Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles, including features, technology, and available options.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and customers by phone, email, text, and through the retailers CRM.
• Build lasting customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
• Develop strong Subaru product knowledge and stay current on inventory, programs, and vehicle technology.
• Work closely with sales managers and other departments to provide a smooth and efficient customer experience.
• Meet individual and team goals while maintaining Liberty Subarus standards for professionalism and customer care.

• Ability to work full-time retail hours, including evenings and Saturdays.
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Valid drivers license and an acceptable driving record
• Automotive sales experience is welcome but not required. We will train the right person.
