Social Worker Position:
- This is a full-time, permanent role
- Monday through Friday schedule
- Sign On Bonus Available!
- Provide hands-on support and case management to a designated group of clients
- The Social Worker plays a key role in enhancing the overall patient experience by prioritizing quality care, timely service, and seamless coordination throughout treatment
Social Worker Qualifications:
- Candidates must hold an active Social Worker license
- LICSW credentials strongly preferred
- Previous experience in a hospital environment is a plus, however not required
Location:
- Situated in a picturesque rural area, this community offers a calm and welcoming atmosphere
