This position is responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations and waitlists, seating guests efficiently, and maintaining smooth communication between the front-of-house and back-of-house teams.**What You’ll Bring:*** Warmly greet every guest upon arrival and departure.* Create a positive first impression by maintaining a friendly, professional, and polished demeanor.* Escort guests to their tables and provide menus or direct them to digital menu options.* Answer guest questions about the restaurant, menu, or wait times.* Manage reservations using the restaurant’s booking system.* Organize seating charts and assign tables to servers to maximize efficiency and balance workload.**Minimum Qualifications*** High School Diploma or equivalent required. At least one (1) year of related customer experience required.**Physical Demands and Work Environment**The physical demands and work environment described herein are representative of the criteria that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
