Job Description & Requirements Neurological Surgery Physician StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 12;24 Pay Rate: $363.75 - $393.75 This facility is seeking a Neurological Surgery Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: 8:30am-5pm, 5pm-8:30am Practice Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient Types of Cases: Complex spine cases Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC Certifications Required: Board Certified, Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA) Licensure Required: Active California State License Facility Location The largest West Coast city on the Pacific north of San Francisco, Eureka is a beautiful city located on the picturesque Humboldt Bay.
