Offering a forward-thinking, innovative, and vibrant company culture, along with the opportunity to share your unique potential, there really is no place like Holmes!**Essential Responsibilities:*** Provides Financial/Clinical consulting to clients with respect to their employee benefit health and welfare plans; Responsible for presenting financial/clinical data to clients.* Runs and Analyzes client monthly financial reporting (MFSR) and presents MFSRs to clients.* Provides complex reporting, presenting results to clients.* Participates in development of financial reporting enhancements.* Assists in development of new CLUE reporting.* Takes prominent role in the development and enhancements of new and existing client budget, financial and clinical analysis and tools.* Builds and maintains Financial/Clinical models to support client account teams; mentors and trains junior staff, as necessary.* Recommends complex strategic and tactical initiatives based upon clinical and financial data.**Qualifications:*** Education: High school diploma; college degree preferred.* Experience: 5-7 years applicable experience, preferably in the insurance industry [at a brokerage or provider organization].* Licensing: Active state specific Life & Health Insurance agent’s license required or the ability to acquire license within three months of hire.* Skills & Technical Competencies: Key skills for effective client consulting include a solid grasp of insurance principles to meet strategic needs, strong client management to prioritize and deliver impactful solutions, and sharp analytical abilities to identify and resolve issues efficiently.**Here’s a little bit about us:**In addition to being great at what you do, we place a high emphasis on building a best-in-class culture.
