Job responsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutionsUses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate program planning and risk synthesis (e.g., consolidating inputs into integrated plans, RAID, and executive-ready updates), validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity requirements.Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentumCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goalsUtilize advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectivenessChampion agile delivery practices and continuous improvement, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the teamPromotes reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for program governance and reporting, ensuring human review and alignment to delivery standards.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support program management workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations.Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clientsProven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environmentDemonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities; including experience developing business cases, executive reporting, dashboards, performance metrics, and data-driven insights.Significant experience in strategy execution, transformation, consulting, portfolio management, business management, vendor governance, or related disciplines.Proven track record leading large-scale strategic initiatives in complex, global, and highly matrixed organizations.Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, governance, and decision-making capabilities.Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive engagement skills, with the ability to translate complex issues into actionable recommendations.Ability to lead through ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsAdvanced degree and experience in consulting, strategy, transformation, business management, or portfolio management.Financial services experience and/or experience leading large-scale business or technology transformation initiatives.Familiarity with enterprise technology organizations, vendor management and governance, contract lifecycle management, sourcing and procurement principles, and operating model transformation. Experience with analytics, reporting, and collaboration tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, and SharePoint.
