We're a respected plaintiff-side brain injury law firm led by attorney Jason Baker, who teaches lawyers and doctors across the country on traumatic brain injury litigation — most recently as a faculty instructor at the American Association for Justice (AAJ) inaugural TBI College in Sonoma, California, a four-day program leading to certification. We bring that same level of dedication to every client matter, and we need a sharp, dependable Legal Assistant to support our Lead Litigation Paralegal.

What You'll Do

· Support the Lead Litigation Paralegal across all phases of litigation, from opening the file through trial and verdict.

· Track and manage tasks, deadlines, calendars, and follow-ups with precision.

· Assist with discovery, document retrieval and organization, and case file management.

· Help keep cases moving smoothly so nothing gets missed.

What You Bring

· Prior experience in a law office setting.

· Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

· A genuine interest in — and willingness to learn — artificial intelligence tools, which we use throughout the entire case lifecycle, from opening the file through litigation to concluding the matter.

· Strong communication and a team-first mindset.

The Setup

· Location: Work-from-home to start, transitioning to a hybrid schedule. You must be able to commute to our office located between Renton and Bellevue.

· Technology: We supply all technology and software. You simply provide a fast, reliable internet connection.
