We're hiring on behalf of a well-established company in the fire protection industry for a Fire Protection Installation Sales Representative . This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys developing new business, building long-term client relationships, and delivering customized fire protection solutions to commercial and industrial customers.

What You'll Do

• Generate new business opportunities within commercial and industrial markets.
• Prospect, network, and build relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend customized fire protection system solutions.
• Prepare proposals, pricing, and basic system estimates.
• Conduct product presentations and solution demonstrations.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop installation solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities.
• Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently achieve sales goals.
• Stay current on fire protection products, codes, regulations, and industry trends.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process.

Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Proven experience developing new business and building customer relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate fire protection solutions.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to travel locally to customer sites and industry events.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience selling fire alarm systems, fire sprinkler systems, life safety systems, or other commercial fire protection solutions.
• Knowledge of fire protection codes, standards, and industry regulations.
• Ability to provide basic system layouts and cost estimates.
• NICET and/or OEM certifications.

Salary

• Competitive salary of $60,000–$90,000 annually plus commission.
