Medical City Lewisville – RN Float Pool Job Type: Full-time, Night Shift. Job Summary Under general supervision, the Staff RN provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures of Medical Center of Lewisville. In collaboration with patients, families, and the health care team, the clinical RN is responsible for assessing nursing care needs, planning interventions, and evaluating outcomes. The RN provides or supervises nursing care of LVNs and non‑licensed staff and performs charge nurse duties, including patient assignments and supervision of unit activities for the assigned shift.
