Senior Product Manager

HockeyStack is building the agent infrastructure for enterprise revenue. We spent five years building the only data architecture that preserves causality across the full revenue stack - every interaction, every signal, in sequence. On top of that foundation, we built Nex-lm, a purpose-built AI engine that compiles natural language into deterministic agent workflows. The result is a platform that can extract the revenue blueprint from a company's data, encode it into repeatable automations, and execute it across sales, marketing, and customer success - consistently, at scale. We are not building a dashboard tool with an AI feature. We are building the operating layer that replaces the human bottleneck in enterprise revenue organizations. Since launching late 2023, we have grown to 8-figures in ARR , process over 60 TB of revenue data monthly , and we are working with some of the largest B2B companies in the world like Microsoft, Harvey, New Relic, Collibra , etc. Your Mission We're reinventing how revenue teams work. Our platform is AI-driven, design-obsessed, and built for the people on the frontlines - sales reps and marketers who demand tools that actually help them win. As a Senior Product Manager, you'll be at the heart of shaping products that don't just get used, but get loved. This is your chance to join a rocket ship at the hypergrowth stage (post-Series A), with the freedom to set the bar for how our product scales. If you've got the taste, grit, and imagination to create category-defining software, we want you here. What You'll Do Own product initiatives end-to-end, from idea to launch to iteration. Partner with design and engineering to ship products with exceptional taste and attention to detail. Own documentation, onboarding, rollout, usage monitoring processes. Assist in building the roadmap and the product development process. Talk to users, build deep empathy for SDRs, AEs, and marketers, and translate their needs into solutions that get adopted. Collaborate with GTM teams to align launches with revenue impact and market clarity. Communicate product vision across teams and stakeholders. See this role as a defining chapter - not a stepping stone or side quest. 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS . Background in early-stage companies (Series A or B). Strong product sense with taste for design and details. Ability to empathize with sales and marketing teams. Exposure to both technical and commercial sides of a business. GM-like mindset - awareness of how product connects to revenue and go-to-market. Excellent written and verbal clarity in communication while conveying complex ideas Ability to think outside the box and make nuclear changes vs. incremental improvements Why Join Now?
