Job Title: Respiratory Therapist Profession: Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics Specialty: RRT Pediatrics Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: RRT Certifications: BLS, NRP, PALS Must-Have: - Experience in ER, Pediatric Critical Care, and Pediatrics - Proficiency in EPIC Documentation System Description: We are seeking a Pediatric Respiratory Therapist with critical care experience. The position requires floating to other units as needed due to census concerns. Staff will only float to units they are qualified for. Weekend coverage is required every other week. Patient populations include pediatric floors, PICU, ER, and NICU. Familiarity with medication systems such as Pyxis and Omnicell is essential. Key skills include aerosol set up, bag and mask techniques, and managing high flow nasal cannula. Experience with pediatric critical care treatments is necessary. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
