HR Business Partner: Employee Relations & Growth

Central Ohio Primary Care in Westerville, OH is seeking a full-time HR Business Partner to provide operational HR support with emphasis on employee relations. The role partners with site leadership to foster a positive work environment and address conflict, while supporting recruiting, learning and development, DEI, and total rewards as needed. The HRBP will handle disciplinary actions, investigations, LOA/FMLA, and policy adherence, design training with L&D, and travel to sites for onboarding #J-18808-Ljbffr COPC Brand
