Talent Management: Ensure employees are trained and developed; manage store personnel needs. Performance & Standards: Ensure financial and business control through reporting and communication. Services & Programs: Ensure continued community involvement and education around Goodwill-Easter Seals. Safety: Help contribute to a safe, welcoming environment for employees and customers.
