Location: San Francisco, CA

Experience: 8-10 years of Salesforce BA experience with 3 years of Salesforce CPQ

Role Summary: Business Analyst responsible for driving CPQ LMR requirements from discovery through UAT and release, acting as the bridge between business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements elicitation for CPQ LMR enhancements
• Translate requirements into user stories, functional specs, and acceptance criteria
• Define pricing, product configuration, and quoting scenarios
• Support UAT planning, execution, and defect triage
• Validate solution aligns with agreed LMR scope and assumptions
• Facilitate workshops, demos, and business sign offs
• Coordinate closely with CPQ developers during PST hours

Required Skills:

• Strong Salesforce CPQ functional knowledge
• Experience with QLE, pricing, and product rules
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Experience supporting enterprise UAT cycles
