Early Childhood Substitute Teacher
ECE Subhub is hiring Early Childhood Substitute Teachers to support classrooms serving children ages 0 to 5. We work with your availability to build a weekday schedule.

- A Regional Manager who is reachable during your shift
- Consistent weekday work on a schedule you set
What you will do
You will work alongside early childhood teams to help create a safe, positive, and engaging environment for children. Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with classroom activities and daily routines
- Helping implement lesson plans
- Supervising children to keep them safe
- Building positive relationships with children and staff
- Maintaining a warm and professional classroom presence

Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who meet one or more of the following:
- Experience working with children from birth through age 5
- Associate degree or 18 college credits in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Social Work, Human Services, Youth or Family Studies, or Elementary Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Family or Youth Studies, Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education with ZA or ZS endorsement, Human Services, or Child Development
- Current CDA credential
Preferred: CPR Adult and Pediatric Certification. If you are not currently certified, we will provide certification.
Job Details
- Job Type: Part-time to full-time
- Pay: $15 to $22 per hour
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, daytime shifts between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm
- Minimum availability: At least two weekdays per week
