Coverage Details:

13. State License(s) / IMLC Req'd?: yes (cannot credential without license in hand)

14. Certifications Req'd?: BLS/ACLS, Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

15. Specific Skills Req'd?: None outside of normal scope of practice of a Hospitalist

17. DEA Req'd?: Yes

18. Minimum Experience Req'd: No, but prefer experienced hospitalist

19. Are vaccines mandatory?: Yes
