Customer Service Representative
Our client, a leading organization in the Anaheim, CA area, is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join their team. Location: Anaheim, CA
Pay Range: $23/hr
Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday
What's the Job?
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services
- Support administrative tasks and maintain organized records
- Utilize company software to document customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge
- Will travel to Ontario, CA location as business needs require (about ONCE A MONTH)
What's Needed?
- Basic clerical skills and familiarity with office procedures
- Customer service or office experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn new software quickly
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience required
- MUST be able to commute to Ontario, CA location as business needs require (about ONCE A MONTH)
