SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Position Unidine is hiring immediately for a full‑time Shift Supervisor position at Fountain View – 2000 Fountain View Road, Monsey, NY 10952. This full‑time role involves various shifts, including weekend work. No late nights. Pay range: $21.00–$23.00 per hour. Job Summary Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure assigned job expectations are completed while maintaining policy and procedure. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide training and create work schedules. Evaluate worker performance, reward high performers and discipline those who fail to meet standards. Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety. Act as the primary contact for employees with complaints or requests for time off. Mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous supervisory experience required.
