Job Description
The Industrial Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing machinery by performing equipment repairs and preventive maintenance. This position requires expertise in troubleshooting and working with PLC systems within a medium to large maintenance team setting, with no travel requirements.
Responsibilities
- Repair and maintain manufacturing machinery to minimize downtime
- Perform preventive maintenance to ensure reliable equipment performance
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues promptly
- Operate and program PLC systems to support automated processes
- Collaborate effectively with medium to large maintenance teams
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance
- Technical Certification in Industrial Maintenance preferred
- Proficiency in mechanical repair and electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong problem-solving skills
