Project Manager

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to support project planning, coordination, tracking, and reporting activities. This internship provides hands-on experience in managing project lifecycles, stakeholder communication, documentation, and project governance while working closely with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities. Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, action items, and status reports. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on deliverables. Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans. Support resource planning and project timeline updates. Monitor project progress and prepare dashboards/reports for stakeholders. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of project tasks. Assist in process improvement initiatives and project audits. Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and organizational standards. Required Qualifications: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Basic understanding of project management concepts and methodologies. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies. Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or Asana. Relevant coursework or certification (CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, Agile Fundamentals) is a plus.
