Family Medicine Outpatient Physician (No OB)

Location: Lubbock, TX

Base Compensation: $240,000

Earning Potential: $350,000+

Stipend for Residents: $2,000 per month while in residency a unique opportunity to ease the transition to practice!

Sign-On Bonus: $50,000

Loan Repayment Assistance: Provided

Relocation Assistance: Provided

Income Guarantee: First 2 years with RVU incentives available

Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance: Provided

Disability Coverage (STD/LTD): Included

Paid Time Off: 5 weeks of vacation per year

Continuing Medical Education (CME): $4,500 annual allowance + 5 CME days

Malpractice Insurance: Occurrence policy (no tail coverage required)

Membership Association Fees: Reimbursement for two associations

Clinic Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Patient Volume: 18-20 patients per day

Electronic Medical Records: EPIC

Scope of Practice: Outpatient only, no OB

As a Family Medicine Outpatient Physician, you will:

Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, focusing on preventative care, chronic disease management, and acute illness treatment.
Develop and implement personalized care plans to address the medical, emotional, and social needs of patients.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including specialists and support staff, to ensure seamless and holistic patient care.
Utilize EPIC EMR to document patient encounters accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a strong commitment to quality care, patient satisfaction, and adherence to evidence-based guidelines.
