Key Responsibilities

Provide inpatient occupational therapy services to a primarily adult and geriatric patient population across a wide variety of diagnoses and treatment needs
Manage a caseload effectively within a 100-bed inpatient facility, demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including COTAs and other therapy staff to deliver patient-centered care
Document patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans accurately using

Cerner EHR
Float to the Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) as needed
Participate in rotating weekend coverage as part of the standard schedule
Required Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license

required per state licensure requirements
Minimum 1 year of occupational therapy experience
Proficiency or ability to quickly adapt to Cerner EHR
Strong time management skills, flexibility, and ability to function as a team player
Ability to float to the ARU as required
Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience working with adult and geriatric inpatient populations
Familiarity with acute rehabilitation settings
Adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn across a wide variety of diagnoses and treatment approaches
