Location: 3401 Hartzdale Dr Suite 136, Camp Hill, PA 17011
Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours | Includes at least one weekend day

What This Role Is About

Sales Consultants:

• Work directly with customers to understand needs and recommend solutions
• Sell products and coordinate services such as automotive key programming, device repair, and specialty battery solutions
• Own the customer experience from greeting through checkout
• Work closely with Repair Technicians to ensure seamless service
• Contribute to daily store performance and team success
• Build the product knowledge, service awareness, and professionalism needed for future leadership opportunities

This role is built around solutions-first selling , where success comes from listening well, solving real problems, and delivering a strong customer experience.

Pay & Earning Potential

• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $19.00 – $23.00 per hour
• Includes hourly pay, weekend premium, and performance-based incentives

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 18 years or older
• Valid driver's license
• Full-time availability including at least one weekend day
• Strong communication skills and basic math proficiency
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work with small products
• 1 year of customer service, retail, or hands-on work experience preferred
