Permanent Nurse Practitioner Neonatology

Excellent opportunity for a Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join a Level III NICU providing comprehensive inpatient neonatal care. The provider will work in a structured, team-based environment alongside Neonatologists, delivering high-quality care to critically ill and premature newborns.

Provide comprehensive inpatient care in a Level III NICU

Perform neonatal assessments, daily rounds, and ongoing patient management

Collaborate closely with Neonatologists and multidisciplinary care teams

Provide family education and counseling regarding neonatal conditions

Support stabilization and management of high-risk and premature infants

Practice within a team-based model (not autonomous practice)

Utilize Epic EMR for documentation

Opportunity to work in a highly reputable NICU environment

New graduates accepted (must be truly board eligible)

Flexible schedule including 24-hour, 10-hour, and 8-hour shifts

Inpatient NICU coverage only

Credentialing timeframe: approximately 34 months
