Litigation Attorney

Position Summary The Litigation Attorney will manage sophisticated litigation matters from inception through resolution while working directly with clients and collaborating with a highly experienced legal team. This position offers significant responsibility, the opportunity to develop litigation strategy, and involvement in all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and, when applicable, trial preparation and courtroom proceedings. This position may be performed in a hybrid setting in our Phoenix office, or in a fully remote capacity for the right candidate. Responsibilities Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution. Develop case strategy in collaboration with clients and colleagues. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, legal memoranda, and other litigation documents. Conduct and defend depositions. Prepare matters for hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial. Attend hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and other litigation proceedings. Communicate effectively with clients while delivering exceptional client service. Collaborate with attorneys and litigation support professionals to achieve successful client outcomes. Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and legal advocacy. Qualifications Active member in good standing with the Arizona State Bar. Strong litigation experience with excellent legal writing, analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills. Ability to independently manage litigation matters while working collaboratively with colleagues. Sound judgment, professionalism, initiative, and strong organizational skills. Commitment to exceptional client service and high-quality legal work. Experience with trial preparation and courtroom proceedings is preferred but not required. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced litigation environment. Compensation, Benefits & Schedule $160,000 - $220,000 Bonus Annual bonuses are discretionary.
