Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with clients experiencing major mental health issues and emotional disorders both in the office setting and within the broader community.

• Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients, demonstrating empathy and understanding while adhering to professional ethical guidelines.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, including brief developmental screenings, and facilitate in-depth evaluations as necessary to ensure effective treatment planning.

• Create and implement integrated care plans that connect clients with a network of services, ensuring a continuity of care that addresses their specific needs.

• Provide evidence-based treatments, focusing on prevention, recovery, and therapeutic modalities including individual, group, and family therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, falling between USD 70,000 and 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
