Remote Patient Access Representative

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Remote Patient Access Representative to join New Paradigm Staffing, a growing healthcare staffing agency focused on connecting skilled professionals with remote patient support roles.

This role is perfect for someone eager to start their healthcare career while helping patients navigate the healthcare system. You’ll gain experience handling patient intake, verifying insurance, and ensuring smooth access to care.

What You’ll Do

Assist patients with registration and intake forms
Verify insurance coverage and eligibility
Explain benefits and financial responsibilities
Enter accurate patient data into EHR systems
Coordinate with clinical and billing teams as needed

What We’re Looking For

Strong customer service and data entry skills
Comfortable learning healthcare systems and processes
Ability to communicate clearly with patients
