Join our team at The Animal Rights Alliance, Inc. (T.A.R.A.) in Middletown, NY, where we are dedicated to providing affordable spay and neuter services for cats. As a Veterinarian with us, you will have the opportunity to perform feline spay/neuter surgeries on our mobile clinic once or twice weekly. No weekends required! You will work alongside an amazing team, providing high-quality, high volume spay and neuter surgeries. This position requires working independently during shifts, while still being supported by a fantastic team. Because TARA has both a stationary clinic and mobile clinic, the opportunity to offer relief work from time to time is available as needed.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Perform feline spay/neuter surgeries on our mobile clinic
• Work between 6-8 hours performing surgery
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality care
• Pre surgery wellness checks

Required Skills:

• Small Animal Care experience
• Two plus years experience performing surgery
• Preventive Care Knowledge

The Animal Rights Alliance, Inc. (T.A.R.A.) is a non-profit organization based in Middletown, New York. We have been providing spay/neuter services to the Hudson Valley New York area since 2001, starting as a mobile clinic and now offer both mobile and stationary clinics daily. Our organization works closely with several other non-profits and local towns to control animal over-population.

Salary and Benefits:

• 401(k) benefits
• Salary range: $35,000.00 - $150,000.00 (Per surgery rate schedule)
• NY DVM License required, willing to compensate with licensing fee and AVMA membership fee's
