$125,500 - $192,500 at plan earnings

Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through property tours, ensuring they feel informed and confident about their options.
• Coordinate with buyers to schedule showings that fit their needs and timelines.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide tailored property recommendations.
• Collaborate with the real estate team to ensure seamless client experiences and share insights from showings.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market to offer valuable insights to clients.
• Assist in preparing and presenting offers, ensuring clients understand each step of the process.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients to foster trust and encourage repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications:

• Experience in real estate or a related field, with a focus on client interaction.
• Ability to communicate effectively and promptly, ensuring clients feel heard and valued.
• Proven track record of managing schedules and appointments efficiently.
• Knowledge of local market trends to provide clients with relevant insights.
• Ability to maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor in all client interactions.
• Experience in preparing properties for showings, ensuring they are presented in their best light.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple client appointments and feedback sessions daily.
