- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) - Preferred
- Acute care facility experience - Preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice - Required
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor - Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor - Required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from an approved vendor - Required
- Collect and analyze relevant patient health data and assessments.
- Develop care plans with prescribed interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Implement care plans, coordinate care delivery, and foster a safe and healthy environment.
- Evaluate patient progress and outcomes on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to provide effective care.
- Educate patients and families about health information and treatment plans.
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
- Delegate tasks and coordinate the responsibilities of healthcare team members.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
