We rotate our menu of cookies, cakes, cups and pies EVERY week, giving our customers many reasons to always try something new. Our "Open Bakery" concept gives customers a front-row seat as we prepare their desserts from scratch! What You'll Do: Bakery Crew Positions offer a wide range of opportunities to support our production and/or retail sales activities. Bakers can be a career for those not looking for management, a stepping stone to get into management, or simply just a part-time way to earn. Dough production shifts are typically daytimes, while more customer service focused roles are needed afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays all day (we are closed Sundays). The store guarantees a minimum of $2.00/hour in tips (though they often run higher—up to $4.00/hour during popular weeks). If tips fall short, ownership covers the difference. This guarantee is reviewed quarterly.Benefits: One free cookie per shift, employee discount, closed Sundays. Why Work for Crumbl: Crumbl is NEVER boring, and we'll teach you everything about baking and creating memorable customer experiences—no previous experience needed.
