• No prior dealership experience? No problem—we provide full training

Compensation & Perks

• $5,000/month guaranteed for your first 3 months
• 3-month paid training period (then transition to commission-based earnings)
• Weekly cash bonuses & monthly training incentives
• Average 45-hour work week with flexibility

What You’ll Do

• Welcome and connect with customers to understand their needs
• Help match customers with the perfect vehicle
• Lead engaging test drives and showcase vehicle features
• Guide customers through a professional, step-by-step sales process
• Build lasting relationships and follow up for future opportunities
• Work alongside a supportive sales team to achieve and exceed goals
• Continuously grow through hands-on training and mentorship
