At NIX Construction in Ogden, Utah, our Heavy Equipment Operators are hands-on, in-the-action crew members who don't just run equipment... they help build entire projects from the ground up. You'll work closely with your Foreman and crew to safely and efficiently move dirt, install utilities, and keep projects moving forward. No two days look the same - and that's the point. This is also a role with room to grow. We're looking for someone who wants to develop beyond operating equipment by learning how projects come together, taking greater ownership on the jobsite, and building the leadership skills needed to guide a crew. For the right person who demonstrates strong performance, safety, accountability, and leadership, this position may provide a path toward becoming a Field Foreman as opportunities become available.
