About the Facility Signature Healthcare of Muncie is a 185‑bed facility that offers integrated services including skilled nursing, rehabilitation, assisted and memory care, and home‑based services. Assistant Director of Nursing How you will make a difference Manage administrative and functional areas or programs within the Nursing Department. Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) in overall operation of the department in accordance with company policies and standards of nursing practices and government regulations, so as to maintain quality care. Delegate to the Charge Nurses and Nurse Supervisors the administrative authority, responsibility and accountability necessary to perform their assigned duties. Qualifications Registered Nurse in good standing with a current state license. Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience. One (1) to two (2) years of management/supervisory experience preferred. Current, active CPR certification.
