This role is designed for licensed professionals, including LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, and LCSW, who are committed to improving the mental well-being of their patients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver various evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families, employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that promote community and address prevalent mental health concerns.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other team members to coordinate holistic and comprehensive patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients on their mental health conditions, treatment possibilities, and community resources to promote empowerment and recovery.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse patient population, including individuals from various backgrounds and age groups. As a mental health counselor, you will engage with patients experiencing mild to severe mental health issues, each requiring tailored approaches. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Tennessee.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health diagnoses, evidence-based treatments, and therapeutic practices.

• Demonstrated experience in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and formulating effective treatment plans.

• A proven track record of providing individual and group therapy to various populations.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, fostering positive client relationships.

Compensation and Benefits\n
