We are seeking an experienced Dietary Manager to lead the food service operations at a well-established skilled nursing facility. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in quality, compliance, and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily dietary operations in a long-term care setting
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Manage kitchen staff, scheduling, and performance
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
• Collaborate with clinical team on resident dietary needs
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls

Qualifications:

• Previous Dietary Manager experience in long-term care required
• CDM certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong knowledge of state survey process and regulations
• Leadership and team management experience
• Organized, dependable, and hands-on
