Senior Accountant

A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a Senior Accountant to support financial reporting, month-end close, compliance activities, and financial analysis. This role partners with operations and leadership to provide accurate financial information, improve accounting processes, and support business decision-making. Prepare journal entries and support financial statement preparation. Conduct financial statement and operational analysis. Support government reporting and compliance requirements. Assist with employee ownership plan administration and insurance programs. Participate in annual audits and tax preparation. Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 5+ years of progressive accounting experience. Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting. Advanced Excel and ERP system experience. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
