Clinical Pharmacist

Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness.
• Monitor and optimize medication therapy outcomes.
• Perform dosing consultations and medication adjustments.
• Conduct medication reconciliation and provide patient counseling.
• Participate in multidisciplinary patient care rounds.
• Promote medication safety initiatives and quality improvement programs.
• Educate healthcare staff on medication-related topics.
• Assist with departmental coverage and pharmacy operations as needed.
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
• Licensed Pharmacist in the State of Kansas (or eligible for licensure).
• Current BLS/BCLS Certification (AHA)
