Job Description: Contentizer is looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Miami team. In this role, you will assist customers with shipping inquiries, service requests, and order support while helping deliver an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced logistics environment. Key Responsibilities * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. * Provide shipment updates and assist customers with service-related questions. * Document customer interactions accurately in company systems. * Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to resolve customer concerns. * Process service requests and verify shipping information. * Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication. * Follow company procedures and quality standards. Minimum requirements: Qualifications * High School Diploma or GED required. * Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. * Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems. * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. * Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
