Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active California SLP-CCC license is required
• Open to new graduates in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) as well as experienced SLPs
• Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to a varied K-12 caseload
• Develop individualized treatment plans and maintain compliance with all documentation requirements
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student progress and success
• Conduct evaluations, assessments, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Support the social and academic development of students through evidence-based interventions
