Fire Alarm Designer

About the Role We’re looking for a Fire Alarm Designer with NICET certification to join a fully remote team. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s confident in fire alarm system design and enjoys working independently while collaborating with engineers, project managers, and clients across multiple projects. Key Responsibilities Design and produce fire alarm system layouts in accordance with NFPA 72 and local codes. Prepare drawings, calculations, and submittal packages. Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and AHJs. Review plans, specifications, and RFIs. Support project execution from concept through construction. Ensure all designs meet code compliance and client requirements. Qualifications NICET certification in Fire Alarm Systems (Level II or higher preferred). Proven experience in fire alarm system design . Strong knowledge of NFPA 72 and applicable codes. Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit a plus).
