Anesthesiologist Opportunity

Anesthesiologist opportunity near CT/RI/MA boarder. Day Kimball Healthcare is a nonprofit provider of integrated healthcare services in Northeast Connecticut and nearby Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Day Kimball Healthcare's comprehensive network includes Day Kimball Hospital; Day Kimball Medical Group; four healthcare centers in Danielson, Dayville, Plainfield, and Putnam; Day Kimball Home Makers; Day Kimball Home Care; and Hospice & Palliative Care of Northeastern Connecticut. More than 1,100 employeesincluding nearly 300 associated physicians, surgeons, and specialists104-bed acute care community hospital. 4 General Operating Rooms, 2 endoscopy suites, and 1 dedicated OB OR.

Case Assignments Orthopedics, OB/GYN, urology, ENT, podiatry, cataracts, endoscopy, colonoscopy, TEE, cardioversions, pacemakers, and general surgery. Pediatric cases are ENT cases for M&T, adenoidectomies.

Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership

Requirements MD or DO from an accredited institution Completion of Anesthesiology Residency Board Eligible or Board Certified Current medical licensure ECFMG/FLEX (if applicable)
