We are currently seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join our team at our Irving location. This is a full‑time, in‑person role designed for professionals who are passionate about making a meaningful impact in an environment that supports both clinical excellence and personal well‑being. Engage and motivate clients, including those who may be hesitant about therapy. Qualifications Doctorate in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an accredited program. Active license to practice as a Psychologist in the state of Texas (required). Prior outpatient clinical experience providing therapy and assessments. Strong communication, cultural competency, and ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Compensation and Benefits Annual base salary with monthly and quarterly bonus eligibility. Sign‑On Bonus: $10,000.
