BG Staffing is currently seeking an experienced and customer-focused Bilingual Leasing Consultant to join a thriving apartment community in Colorado Springs, CO . If you enjoy building relationships, providing exceptional resident service, and helping prospective residents find their next home, we want to hear from you!

• Conduct property tours and showcase community amenities
• Assist residents and prospective tenants in both English and Spanish
• Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry through move-in
• Process rental applications, lease renewals, notices, and resident documentation
• Maintain accurate resident records and organized files
• Follow up with leads and support community marketing efforts
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resident support
• Assist with daily office operations and administrative tasks

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Previous apartment leasing experience preferred
• Strong customer service, sales, and communication skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with property management software is a plus
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations preferred
