We are seeking a global Chief Communications Officer to lead and elevate the company’s Communications & Brand function across business and consumer AI. This executive will shape how the organization shows up to enterprise customers, consumers, partners, developers, and regulators worldwide. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CCO oversees a 25–40 person global communications organization across North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.

This leader will work in tight partnership with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Chief Brand Officer (CBO) to build a unified, high‑impact narrative that drives commercial momentum, strengthens global reputation, and positions the company as a category leader in responsible AI. An advanced degree (MBA, MPA, or relevant master’s) is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the global Communications & Brand function across corporate communications, product storytelling, executive communications, media relations, policy communications, internal communications, and regional market leads.
• Partner closely with the CMO and CBO to ensure unified messaging, brand consistency, and coordinated storytelling across all channels and audiences.
• Develop and operationalize a global communications strategy that supports rapid innovation cycles and complex stakeholder environments.
• Drive executive visibility for the CEO and senior leadership team through thought leadership, keynote platforms, media engagement, and strategic content.
• Shape proactive global media strategy and build strong relationships with top‑tier outlets across markets.
• Lead issues management and crisis communications with exceptional judgment, ensuring clarity, credibility, and trust during high‑stakes moments.
• Strengthen internal communications to support alignment, culture, and clarity during rapid growth and organizational transformation.
• Build and modernize communications systems, processes, and measurement frameworks that scale with the business.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO, executive team, and board on reputation, risk, and global perception.
• Ensure global consistency while empowering regional teams to adapt messaging for cultural, regulatory, and market‑specific needs.

• Expertise in complex issues management , crisis response, and regulatory communications across multiple regions.
• Proven capability to lead integrated narrative development across Communications, Marketing, and Brand.
• Strong command of AI, emerging technology, and innovation storytelling for enterprise and consumer audiences.
• Ability to influence at board level and serve as a strategic advisor on reputation, risk, and global perception.
• Experience building and mentoring high‑performance global teams with modern communications skill sets.
• Advanced degree strongly preferred (MBA, MPA, or relevant master’s).
