Job Overview

• Position: Montessori Teacher
• Type: Full-Time
• Age Group: Early Childhood (Ages 3–6)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the Environment: Maintain a clean, orderly, and attractive classroom stocked with proper Montessori materials.
• Facilitate Learning: Observe children to track individual progress and guide them toward independent work choices.
• Support Development: Foster social, emotional, and cognitive growth in a peaceful, respectful setting.
• Partner with Parents: Share regular observations and updates with families regarding student progress.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• Certification: MACTE-accredited Montessori credential (such as AMI or AMS) for the relevant age level.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of classroom experience in a Montessori setting preferred.
• Skills: Strong observational skills, deep patience, and clear communication abilities.
• Compliance: Valid CPR/First Aid certification and a clear background check.
