LOCATION: Sandwich, IL

**We recently expanded our administrative office operations to our distribution center in Sandwich, IL.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bookkeeping/Accounting experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Microsoft Word and Excel proficient
• 4+ years managerial experience in customer service office
• Proficient at keyboarding/typing
• Must have math skills
• Must have numerical adding skills
• Friendly, even-keeled attitude; works well with others
• Willingness to take on new tasks

RESPONSIBILITIES (TRAINING PROVIDED)

• Order Taking
• Order Entry
• Invoicing
• Purchasing
• Payment Processing
• General Administrative Tasks, such as filing, data entry, etc...
