Description

Job Summary The Sales Support Coordinator provides administrative, operational, and customer service support to the sales team by coordinating internal workflows, processing orders, resolving customer issues, and ensuring projects are completed accurately and on time. This role serves as a key liaison between Sales, Operations, Warehouse, Finance, Project Management, and other internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrated proficiency in Excel. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.

Duties/Responsibilities: • Assist and support account managers with projects and various account issues. • Coordinate and manage the internal workflow of sales activity generated by sales team. • Submit orders and provide follow-up. • Act as a customer service contact to research and resolve issues. • Create various Excel reports. • Regularly interact with the National & Key Account Management, Field Sales, Operations, Warehouse, Project, and Finance teams to ensure all aspects of the client experience are fulfilled in a timely and accurate fashion.

The annual gross hourly range is $18.75 - $21.63. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in administrative support or customer service roles. • Intermediate Excel skills, preferred. • A self-starter, comfortable working in a fast moving start-up type of environment, managing a high volume of activity, multiple tasks and projects in a time-sensitive environment. • Ability to work without direct supervision. • Dedicated, trustworthy, and dependable team member with a positive, "can do" attitude. • Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy. • Must possess a natural curiosity to learn new things and be adaptable to an evolving environment. • Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
