Help Desk Technician – MIDS – TS/SCI with CI Polygraph job at GDIT. Location: Annapolis Junction, MD. Responsibilities Provide technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and systems hardware and software. Resolve technical problems and answer queries by telephone or self‑service ticket in support of internal and/or external customer computer hardware, software, network, system/application access, and telecommunications systems. Diagnose, identify, isolate, and analyze problems utilizing historical database records. Route calls to product line specialists, applications, or system support specialists as needed. Maintain and update records and tracking databases; alert management to recurring problems and patterns. Required Education and Experience Help Desk Technician IV – AA/AS and 5+ years of experience (years can compensate for education and vice versa). Required Certifications Security+ CE

PWS 9.1 (ITIL, A+, HDI‑CSR, MS 365)

Security / Clearance Top Secret/SCI clearance required at application; must have or be able to obtain Top Secret SCI+CI Polygraph. U.S. citizenship required. Compensation and Benefits Estimated hourly rate: $33.52 – $45.34 (salary based on experience, location, and contractual requirements).
