Company Mercy Health Home Care and Hospice by Compassus Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Position Summary Work as a vital member of the care team, providing hands‑on support to patients while utilizing AI‑supported technology to simplify your documentation process. Focus on patient interaction and quality of care by reducing administrative burden. Education And/or Experience Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program. Two (2) years of experience as an LPN in a clinical care setting preferred. Experience in skilled nursing, preferably in hospice, home health care, oncology or emergency care preferred. Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations Active and unencumbered Licensed Practical nurse license in state(s) of employment required.
